Cricket Enos and Hank Setala will be serving Cacao, Heart-Medicine, to start off
this delightful little Valentine’s Day celebration. Heart fire and passion invoked,
guided meditation and breathwork followed by an energy practice
and a sound healing savasana to end.
Please wear comfortable clothes as we will be seated on the floor; bring any
props that would create a more comfortable seated experience, and a journal.
You may bring your own 6oz cup if you have one you want to use. We will have some available for use, and for purchase that were hand made just for these events.
Cups are $10.00 each and can be paid for in cash the day of. You can reserve a cup with your paid registration.

What is Cacao & How to Prepare
Cacao, the elixir of the Gods, is a plant used to open the heart chakra. The
intention of this ceremony is to allow participants to cultivate compassion and
love toward themselves and their partnership as we drink cacao and move
Through the rest of the workshop together.
The cacao will be prepared and served in the traditional Mayan way, no sugar or
dairy will be added. Cacao has the flavor of bitter dark chocolate.
